Air Beat Photo Contest 2026

Whether your airborne missions involve law enforcement, search and rescue, firefighting, special operations, emergency medical transport, natural resources, etc. or if you operate helicopters, fixed-wing or unmanned platforms, photography is a powerful way to tell the stories behind public safety aviation. We hope you will enter your best shots in this year’s photo contest. The more photos you submit, the greater your chances of winning! A grand prize of a GoPro MAX2 8K 360 Action Camera Bundle will be given to the winning photographer. The winner will be announced at APSCON 2026 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. You do not need to be in attendance to win. The grand prize is sponsored by the Airborne Public Safety Association and Magic Graphx LLC.
Requirements & Submission
The photographer must be an APSA member in good standing. All photos submitted must be free from copyright and will become property of APSA. Previously published photos are not accepted. Photos should have a public safety aviation element (aircraft, aircrew, mission, training, displays, etc.) and include a photo caption of less than 25 words. Please include photographer’s last name as part of the image file name. Please send your entry (or entries) via WeTransfer.com. Simply follow the directions on the site and select zackmgfx@magicgraphx.com as the email to send the transfer. No account sign-up to WeTransfer is necessary.
